Candidates for state offices to speak at HSV Republican Women meeting.

HSV Republican Women invite you to attend their meeting tomorrow to hear speakers for State Offices. They will be Curtis Coleman for Governor, David Sterling for Attorney General, Duncan Baird for Treasurer, Ken Yang for Auditor and Jerry Neal for State Senate.
The meeting is on Thursday, March 13, at 10:00 a.m. at the Ponce De Leon Center. Guests are welcome at the  meeting.
 
Primary Elections is on May 20th and early voting starts on May 6th. We encourage Villagers to meet the Candidates and hear their position on issues. At the State level we’ll be voting for two State Representatives, a Senator and the State Offices of: Governor, Lt. Governor; Attorney General; Treasurer and Auditor.     Candidate for Governor Curtis Coleman, a conservative successful businessman is Chairman of The Institute for Constitution Policy. He is for the Second Amendment, believes in lower taxes, smaller government and fewer regulations. Coleman has very specific plans to make Arkansas prosper in the areas of Education, Economic Development, State Rights, and Veterans Coalition.   Lawyer, David Sterling a Candidate for Attorney General has as priorities to defend the Constitution, to protect the liberty of all Arkansans, to protect our Second Amendment rights, uphold traditional marriage, protect your right to choose your own doctor, uphold private property rights, and defend the rights of small business owners.   Candidate for State Treasurer, Representative Duncan Baird will focus on restoring public trust to the Treasurer’s office. He serves as House Chairman of the Joint Budget Committee and has worked to lower the tax burden, reform state government, protect life, and balance the budget. An advocate of government reform, believes we should look for ways to make state government more open, ethical, and accountable   Ken Yang ,a candidate for State Auditor is a conservative and believes in the 2nd Amendment. He was Campaign Manager for Secretary of State Mark Martin, joined Newt 2012 as State Field Director and  has been in a small family business handling the finances and understands the importance of fiscal responsibility    Jerry Neal, candidate for State Senator, District 14 is the Treasurer of the Garland County Republican Committee, former Chairman of HSV Republicans club and a retired CPA.
